This service is perfect if you have big goals and visions for your upcoming styled and brand shoot. A lot of wedding suppliers underestimate the time we spend in planning and managing a styled shoot and it is no easy feat. We’ll start by mapping out your plans, your brand & your vision for the day together with a 1:1 consultation over hot chocolate (or wine, whichever you prefer). We then allow you to be free from stress and free from planning admin so you can continue with your normal duties. With Akilah & Co are armed with a platter full of ideas and a tonne of experience in turning concept Pinterest boards into real-life bold & alternative shoots.

Careful supplier selection from our team of trustworthy industry pros, from brilliant artisan cake makers to fabulous florists in your area.

Full support with vendor negotiation and contract signing, so you don’t feel overwhelmed with the legalities of wedding planning.

Full Design curation, with a PDF document that we will send on to any supplier to help you feel so in control of your plans, you might just look like the pro.

Complete handling and tracking of payments to suppliers, which means no more DIY spreadsheets and sobbing into your glass of Pinot in a state of confusion. We’ve got this.

On-the-day coordination from, bridal preparations to carriages at the end of the evening - not a peony out of place or a serviette astray!

Venue Styling from an experienced and professional team, meaning you genuinely can just sit back relax and let the magic unfold.

Bespoke post-close-down and clear-up services, so that you can relax, unwind and reminisce on your magical wedding day once it's over. No need to worry about clearing up the venue decor, communicating with vendors at the end of the night, or gathering your cards or leftover cake! Allow me to handle the end of your wedding evening with ease. Post-close-down service options will be clarified with you during the planning process.
